Tandiland East and Tandiland West
Tandiland Ventures LLC is currently in the design and development stage for the first phase of production of the Tandiland East Studios and Tandiland West Studios in Georgia and Nevada respectively. Tandiland studios will be the forefront of all the new trends in the entertainment industry by having our own state-of-the-art studio facilities, producing feature-length films, television programming, music production, entertainment equipment rentals and services provision.
From the East Coast, across America and around the world, Tandiland East shall showcase splendidly and shall become known as the modern-day, innovative, futuristic type “New Hollywood of the East Coast.” Tandiland East will be located in Atlanta, Georgia and will include state-of-the-art studios within the “stay and shoot” properties and facilities. The development will consist of full service film studios and animation studios to accommodate the growing need for studio facilities in the state. Tandiland East will be one of the largest studio facilities in North America with a large number of sound stages and additional facilities for animation, music, and concert halls.
Tandiland West will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada and will also boast full service state-of-the-art film and recording studios within a stay and shoot entertainment studio complex. The studio complex will feature full film production and recording studio facilities, animation and special EFX facilities, equipment storage, special events centers and amenities.
The state-of-the-art facility will be designed to accommodate the production of major motion pictures, television series, commercials and documentaries on U.S. soil with use of sophisticated sets and technology. The short-term goal of Tandiland Ventures LLC is to create good paying jobs for workers to develop facilities comparable to major studios producing featured films and new television projects. Tandiland studios will also stimulate state and local economies by providing multi-dwelling housing and luxuries to accommodate production management teams, complete production crews, and millions of guests.

CEO/Owner - Tanya M. Dixon
Tanya M. Dixon is a trailblazing producer, director, writer, editor, and on-air personality with over 30 years of experience spanning print, radio, television, video, and film. As the Founder and CEO of Tandiland Ventures LLC, she leads a dynamic multimedia company specializing in television, video, and film production. Under the umbrella of Tandiland Global Productions, her companies—Tandiland Ventures LLC, Tandi Productions Enterprises LLC, and Tandimonium Films—have established a legacy of innovation and excellence.
Tanya began her career in 1988 as Entertainment Editor of The Villager newspaper and as an on-air personality and Music Director for KQCF/KLUV-FM in Austin, Texas, where she featured artists like New Kids on the Block, Bobby Brown, Vanessa Williams, and DJ Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince. She transitioned to television as an entertainment reporter and later became the host of Magic Video, an entertainment television show. In 1992, she launched the iconic "Tandi" brand, producing acclaimed programs such as Reel Life, The Mix, Off Glass, It’s Your Future, On Point, and Sounds of Soul. These shows showcased distinguished guests including Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Johnson and actor Danny Glover, as well as institutions like the Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club.
Tanya has also produced, directed, and edited a wide range of commercials, music videos, documentaries, and promotional campaigns for corporate and entertainment clients, including League of Black Women, Clear Channel Radio, Black Radio Exclusive Magazine (BRE), and Ashley Stewart (Urban Brands), all through Tandi Productions Enterprises LLC, her services division. Her creative vision and leadership have garnered her 9 television awards, including “Best Hosted Show” and “Best Talk Show” for Reel Life and Sounds of Soul, which earned strong Nielsen ratings across Texas, Georgia, and Florida on networks such as Fox, Warner Bros., and UPN. Over the past three decades, her projects have featured a who’s who of entertainment and culture, including Russell Simmons, Queen Latifah, Usher, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Alicia Keys, Dr. Maya Angelou, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, Dallas Austin, Faith Evans, John Legend, Kevin Liles, Jermaine Dupri, Bill Bellamy, Master P, Brian McKnight, Ice Cube, Ludacris, Luther Vandross, and LL Cool J.
Tanya has also managed and guided musical artists through prominent events such as South by Southwest (SXSW), mentored students from institutions like the University of Texas at Austin, Huston-Tillotson University, and American InterContinental University (AIU). Her achievements have earned her national recognition, including features in TV Guide (1995) and Black Enterprise Magazine (2007). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Morris Brown College in Atlanta and is a proud member of NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment). Tanya has been recognized with multiple honors, including nominations for “Woman of Influence” and “Entrepreneur of the Year” by ACHI Magazine in 2017. She went on to win Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019, also receiving three other nominations that year: “Trailblazer of the Year,” “Woman of Influence,” and “Radio Personality of the Year.”
While Tanya Dixon continues to break barriers and redefine the landscape of film, television, and video production with her creativity, passion, and vision, she remains steadfast in her commitment to storytelling through feature films. Plans are currently being finalized for pre-production on her long-anticipated projects, which are set to move into full production in 2026. Her debut as writer and director will be the suspense/thriller Six in One, followed by the dramatic comedy The Cost of Freedom and the psychological thriller Optical Illusions. Tanya also serves as the creator, executive producer, and host of the popular podcast ART Imitates LIFE with Tanya M. Dixon, featuring in-depth conversations with guests such as the legendary Melba Moore, actor Jon Chaffin (Diarra from Detroit, BMF), and Tae Bo Fitness creator and martial arts champion Master Billy Blanks.
Today, Tanya is on a relentless journey of innovation and expansion—pioneering her mark in the luxury fashion space. She is CEO and Owner of Maison Tandi, a high-end fashion house and lifestyle brand known for sophisticated apparel, footwear, and accessories. Through its retail extension, Cheeky Sleek & Chic, she launched the signature SheWear and HeWear collections. Most recently, she unveiled Veloce, Maison Tandi’s original luxury shoe line, featuring the Italian-inspired high-top, Veloce Flux—a bold statement of design and cultural influence.
