Tandiland East and Tandiland West
Tandiland Ventures LLC is currently in the design and development stage for the first phase of production of the Tandiland East Studios and Tandiland West Studios in Georgia and Nevada respectively. Tandiland studios will be the forefront of all the new trends in the entertainment industry by having our own state-of-the-art studio facilities, producing feature-length films, television programming, music production, entertainment equipment rentals and services provision.
From the East Coast, across America and around the world, Tandiland East shall showcase splendidly and shall become known as the modern-day, innovative, futuristic type “New Hollywood of the East Coast.” Tandiland East will be located in Atlanta, Georgia and will include state-of-the-art studios within the “stay and shoot” properties and facilities. The development will consist of full service film studios and animation studios to accommodate the growing need for studio facilities in the state. Tandiland East will be one of the largest studio facilities in North America with a large number of sound stages and additional facilities for animation, music, and concert halls.
Tandiland West will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada and will also boast full service state-of-the-art film and recording studios within a stay and shoot entertainment studio complex. The studio complex will feature full film production and recording studio facilities, animation and special EFX facilities, equipment storage, special events centers and amenities.
The state-of-the-art facility will be designed to accommodate the production of major motion pictures, television series, commercials and documentaries on U.S. soil with use of sophisticated sets and technology. The short-term goal of Tandiland Ventures LLC is to create good paying jobs for workers to develop facilities comparable to major studios producing featured films and new television projects. Tandiland studios will also stimulate state and local economies by providing multi-dwelling housing and luxuries to accommodate production management teams, complete production crews, and millions of guests.

CEO/Owner - Tanya M. Dixon
Producer. Director. Writer. Editor. On-Air Personality…Tanya M. Dixon is an entertainment industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in print, radio, television, video and film. Tanya is Founder and CEO of Tandiland Ventures LLC, a multimedia company specializing in television, video and film production. Tandiland Ventures LLC, Tandi Productions Enterprises LLC and Tandimonium Films are all under the Tandiland Global Productions umbrella. In 1988 Tanya began her career in entertainment as an Entertainment Editor of The Villager newspaper and on-air personality/Music Director for KQCF/KLUV-FM in Austin, Texas. After 2 years of featuring artists such as New Kids on the Block, Bobby Brown, Vanessa Williams and DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, Tanya then started in television as an entertainment reporter and eventually the host of "Magic Video", an entertainment television show. Tanya launched the "Tandi" brand in 1992 and through her production company she has created and produced several television shows: "Reel Life", "The Mix", “Off Glass”, "It’s Your Future“, “On Point” and "Sounds of Soul”. The shows featured a host of guests ranging from Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Johnson and Actor Danny Glover to organizations such as the Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club.
While Tanya Dixon is busy breaking barriers and reinventing the film, television and video production industry with her keen sense of creativity, passion and drive, she continues to set new goals for her future such as directing feature films. After many years of producing and directing various film and television products, Tanya will produce the suspense/thriller film "Six in One" in 2019. This film will be her debut as writer and director of a major feature film project. This project will be followed by the dramatic comedy “The Cost of Freedom” and the suspense thriller “Optical Illusions”. Tanya is creator, executive producer and host of the Blog Talk Radio show “ART Imitates LIFE with Tanya M. Dixon” with guests such as the legendary R&B artist/actress Melba Moore, actor Jon Chaffin (“The Haves and the Have Nots”), and Creator of Tae Bo Fitness, Martial Arts Champion & Actor Master Billy Blanks.
Tanya has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management (Morris Brown College, Atlanta) and is a member of NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment). Over the years, Tanya has been featured by TV Guide (1995) and has been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine (2007). In the last 30 years, Tanya has created and produced several shows which have featured personalities such as Russell Simmons, Queen Latifah, Usher, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Alicia Keys, Dr. Maya Angelou, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, Dallas Austin, Faith Evans, John Legend, Kevin Liles, Jermaine Dupri, Bill Bellamy, Master P, Brian McKnight, Ice Cube, Ludacris, Luther Vandross and LL Cool J. In time her extraordinary vision and talent led her to win 9 television awards (i.e. “Best Hosted Show”, “Best Talk Show”) for her shows "Reel Life" and "Sounds of Soul", which have also garnered favorable Nielsen ratings in Texas, Georgia, and Florida markets for many years (i.e. Fox, Warner Bros., and UPN networks). Tanya has represented a number of music artists and has guided them through musical events and festivals such as South by Southwest (SXSW). She has mentored college students via internships in video/film from colleges and universities such as the University of Texas at Austin, Huston-Tillotson University and American InterContinental University (AIU). She has received the honor of being nominated for 2 awards—“Woman of Influence” and “Entrepreneur of the Year” for the 2017 ACHI Magazine Awards. In 2019 Tanya received 4 award nominations for "Trailblazer of the Year", "Woman of Influence", "Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Radio Personality of the Year" from the magazine and became the 2019 ACHI Magazine Awards "Entrepreneur of the Year".
Today Tanya is on a relentless journey of growth, deepening her expertise in film and television while embracing the e-commerce realm. Her latest venture, "Cheeky Sleek & Chic," is an online t-shirt and apparel store. It proudly introduces "SheWear" and "HeWear," the brand's debut collections for women and men.
